| | A connoisseur's collection of the world's most perfect hotels. These include The Dorchester (London), The Beverly Hills Hotel (Beverly Hills), The Plaza Athenee (Paris), Hotel Le Meurice (Paris) and The Principe Di Savoia Milan)
| The work with The Dorchester Group Hotels has now spanned three major areas. The first was the campaign on the right hand side to promote to Travel Agents the changing codes which are used to find the Dorchester on the worldwide GDS booking system. The microsite and the associated campaign were multi language and were intended to promote the DC code, collect email addresses and cleanse the database.
The second brief was to design, copywrite, build and deliver the main Dorchester newsletter. The third brief which is currently under construction, is to create a centralised Marketing database and attached mailer to collect and organise the data from over 50 different organisations around the world.
| | The main drive was to ensure that Agents understood the new code was DC and it related to all The Dorchester Group Hotels. Over 50,000 agents viewed the emails and 10,000 entered the competition. The competition question was simple, 'what is the new code for The Dorchester Group Hotels'. As this was DC, the result was 10,000 user physically typing it into the system. Interestingly by putting the subject line and mailer in Russian, the opening rate was an astounding 73%.
