| In the heart of Mayfair lies one of London’s best kept secrets. A house of luxury which remains true to its original Victorian values, offering a pledge of quality to its discriminating customers. To many connoisseurs Thomas Goode is recognized as the best fine bone china, crystal and silverware shop in the world.

| The brief was exciting in this instance. We were tasked with not only developing a site to showcase the exclusive range of tableware and antiques for this traditional Mayfair store, but also to develop the brand to appeal to a younger audience. The mix of products ranged from Versace, Paul Smith and Bodo Sperlein in the contemporary china sections to Bacarat and Flora Danica in the more tradional glass and silverware areas.

| CTS designed and built the site with a traditional structure in order to appeal to the older and more stayed client base. Then in order to communicate with the younger audience CTS used simple, soft fades, flicks and tweens through Macromedia's Flash, giving the site an exclusive air. The colour scheme of black and gold, plus images shot on plexiglass (to provided subtle reflections) brought all the product ranges under a new look and feel.
